Service Description

This consultation is usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It is for the individual that is really looking to work on their health and wellbeing. We will look at any current health issues or areas of your life you want to enhance. After we will work together to find a plan that works for you and your lifestyle! Some methods I use are herbal and supplement suggestions. Combined with looking at your diet through intuitive eating perspective. I may also offer flower essences, lifestyle recommendations or a reiki session.
